چکیده
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effects during six weeks core and weight lifting trainings on strength development, muscle tissue damage which may occur.
Method: research group consisted sixteen volunteers who participated in same age group. Participants were divided into two groups, training (n: 8) 8). continued program for belonged lasted three days a week weeks. Participant’s performance measures (Back leg strength, hand grip vertical jump) taken blood samples twice at rest before end sessions. AST, ALT, LDH, CK CK-MB levels determined taken. SPSS 22 package used analysis obtained data. Paired t test intra-group comparisons.
Results: When analyses are made; there significant differences jump, values group, it that only back occurred group(p<0,05).
Conclusion: As result, both have led some improvement parameters. It can be said especially also causes as well development.

Muscle strength and muscle training after stroke.
For many individuals who have experienced a stroke, muscle weakness is the most prominent impairment. Both the theoretical and statistical relationships between muscle weakness and performance at functional activities suggest that weakness may be an appropriate target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers investigating the outcomes of strengthening regimens after stroke have routinely show...
متن کاملHigh-volume, heavy-resistance strength training and muscle damage in young and older women.
To determine possible age differences in muscle damage response to strength training, ultrastructural muscle damage was assessed in seven 20- to 30-yr-old and six 65- to 75-yr-old previously sedentary women after heavy-resistance strength training (HRST). Subjects performed unilateral knee-extension exercise 3 days/wk for 9 wk. Bilateral muscle biopsies from the vastus lateralis were assessed f...

BACKGROUND Strength training or aerobic exercise programmes might optimise muscle and cardiorespiratory function and prevent additional disuse atrophy and deconditioning in people with a muscle disease. متن کاملUltrastructural muscle damage in young vs. older men after high-volume, heavy-resistance strength training.
This study assessed ultrastructural muscle damage in young (20-30 yr old) vs. older (65-75 yr old) men after heavy-resistance strength training (HRST). Seven young and eight older subjects completed 9 wk of unilateral leg extension HRST. Five sets of 5-20 repetitions were performed 3 days/wk with variable resistance designed to subject the muscle to near-maximal loads during every repetition. B...
